Pay Range: $30 - $35/ Hour 
Job Title: Junior Financial Analyst
Job Description:

• This position is responsible for processing payments, and related activities, for term deals and projects in development.
• Also, the financial analyst is tasked with maintaining financial data and metadata in SAP financial system.

Responsibilities:

• Enter contractual obligations in financial system (SAP) and maintain project metadata
• Process Cast & Crew payroll for Animation division, and Film Division when needed
• Calculate and process monthly term deal producer overhead payments in accordance with contractual terms
• Submit set-up and termination paperwork for term deal employees; compile bi-weekly timecards; process expense reports
• Liaise with payees during vendor set-up process
• Review and process invoices relating to development projects and term deals
• Prepare cost-to-date summary with interest calculation, as requested by business users
• Assist in preparation of supporting schedules for commitment management reporting
• Manage travel credit card payment and monthly reconciliation
• Prepare journal entries
• Assist in managing calendar for head of Development Finance
• Other Ad-hoc reporting as required

Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
• Proficient skills in Excel 
• 2 years Finance/Accounting experience

Additional Qualifications:

• SAP and or Oracle experience preferred but not required
• Good analytical skills; detail oriented
• Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills
