·       Support channel programming, AVOD merchandising, and promotional updates across platform

·       Use performance data, research, and content trends to support scheduling decisions and programming initiatives

·       Conduct QA checks to ensure accurate content presentation and metadata

·       Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Content Ops, and Partnerships teams

·       Support reporting, workflow improvements, and special projects as needed

·       2+ years of experience in digital media, streaming, programming, merchandising, editorial, or related fields

·       Strong interest in TV, film, streaming, and pop culture

·       Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

·       Strong communication and collaboration skills

·       Comfortable learning CMS platforms and new tools
