Title- Instrumentation and Controls Technician

Duration- 9 month Contract to hire

Location - Austin, TX (100% Onsite)

Pay Range - $40/hr-$50/hr

Must Haves:

• 4-5+ years of experience as an Instrumentation and Controls QA Technician (Post construction Installation and Industrial/Utilities Focus)
• 4-5+ years of experience  and interpreting P&IDs and verifying field instrumentation installations from design through construction, quality, and commissioning
• Full comfortability interpreting P&IDs and Controls schedules
• 4-5+ years of experience applying electrical codes and specifications, reviewing installation details, and ensuring compliance with manufacturer schematics
• 4-5+ years of experience inspecting PLC panels, verifying I/O terminations, wire labels, and communication, signal, and network cabling of instrumentation and controls systems to confirm proper routing and connectivity
• Verifying installation of systems and devices to ensure temperature, flow, and pressure meet specifications
• 4-5+ years of experience working with instrumentation and devices from major manufacturers such as Rosemount (Emerson) and Endress+Hauser (E&H), ensuring accurate installation and calibration
