Job Title – Tibco Developer

Location – Dallas, TX

Pay range - $55-$60

About the Role

• This position is centered around developing integrations using TIBCO BW 6.x, BWCE, EMS, and associated tools. The role involves working with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise systems to design solutions that incorporate proper error handling, logging, and monitoring. Collaboration with architects, analysts, and QA teams is essential to translate requirements into technical implementations. The role also includes responsibilities such as code reviews, unit testing, performance tuning, and supporting production environments through troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Participation in Agile ceremonies and adherence to DevOps best practices are expected.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrations using TIBCO BW 6.x, BWCE, EMS, and related tools.
• Work with REST APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
• Design solutions with proper error handling, logging, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with architects, analysts, and QA teams to translate requirements into technical implementations.
• Conduct code reviews and unit testing.
• Perform performance tuning and support production environments.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow DevOps best practices.

Education Qualification:

• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in TIBCO BW 6.x Development and TIBCO BWCE (Container Edition).
• Experience with TIBCO EMS, TIBCO HAWK, and TIBCO Enterprise Administrator.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and BWstudio.
• Experience with containerization using Docker and deployment in Kubernetes/Openshift.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, containerization technologies, API gateways, microservices, and modern monitoring tools is desirable.
