Job Details:

• Wealth Management Operations (WMO) provides end-to-end operational support for Private Bank, and Workplace Benefits. Within WMO, the Business Strategy and Transformation organization houses an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy team focused on enabling the responsible and effective use of AI across operations.
• This role is responsible for deep process discovery, current-state workflow documentation, and partnering with stakeholders across operations, technology, and risk to identify opportunities where AI, automation, or workflow redesign can improve efficiency and outcomes.

• Evaluate end-to-end processes, roles, and technology to understand how Wealth Management Operations function today and identify opportunities where AI or automation can add value.
• Facilitate working sessions with business and operations stakeholders to document current-state processes and decision flows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (operations, technology, risk) to understand business needs and drive the adoption of AI tools to enable process improvements.
• Challenge assumptions and surface inefficiencies by analyzing how work is actually performed versus how it is designed or documented.
• Enable progress by aligning initiatives with AI governance requirements and risk review processes.
• Support the shaping and documentation of AI opportunities, including inputs into business cases.

• Hands-on experience using artificial intelligence tools, with a practical understanding of their application within operational workflows.
• Strong process analysis skills, including the ability to break down complex workflows, roles, and decision points.
• Exceptional pattern recognition and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and inefficiencies.
• A creative and innovative mindset, capable of exploring alternative approaches and reimagining how work is performed.
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership of deliverables, and operate effectively with minimal direction in fast-paced environments.
