Job Description:
- Ideal candidate will be local to DFW Metroplex. Manager may make exceptions for exceptional candidates.
- Adding: 8+ years of Hands on Software Development experience ( prefer 10+) React Native Mobile App Developers- looking for accomplished React Native Mobile App developers with 4+ years of mobile application development.
- A successful candidate will have extensive experience building complex mobile applications backed by RESTful JSON APIs.
Responsibilities:
- Development of React Native applications for iOS and Android.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and accessibility.
- Write clear, concise and well documented code.
- Effectively manage timelines and expectations.
- Create and manage tasks for junior developers on the squad.
- Review code and coordinate releases with other squads.
- Create private NPM packages.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of mobile application development experience
- 3+ years of experience with React Native
- A ‘can get done’ attitude
- Experienced in building mobile applications that consume RESTful JSON APIs
- Experience working with distributed development teams within an agile environment
- Deep understanding of how to optimize React Native apps for iOS and Android, including offline storage and performance tuning.
- Additional experience in the following is preferred: Git, Redux, Mobile UI
Nice to have:
- Experience using Azure Dev Ops for project management.
- Experience using Code Push for app updates.
- Experience mentoring a team.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual [salary/hourly rate] for this position is between $80.00 - 87.00 per hour. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
