Pay Rate - $18-$23/hr

• Understands and works basic to mid-level complexity closing package preparation requests, ordering and analyzing required due diligence as well as interacting with lending staff on any challenges or issues with the request.
• Works under tight time frames to meet customer needs.

• Analyzes Commercial documentation preparation requests, inclusive of credit approvals, to determine requirements.
• Order required due diligence to support the document preparation request in accordance with approval and Credit Policy requirements.
• Complete documentation package and deliver to the Relationship Manager for execution.
• Interact with lending staff, internal counsel and management to clarify any missing or unclear information to complete the document preparation package.
