Mission/About the Role:
A Lead Business Execution Consultant is needed to partner with Product Owners, Principle Engineers, Technology Management, key Business & Technology partners, and 3rd party vendors to enable the adoption of Cloud Platform, specifically as it relates to Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities.
This role will support the strategic execution and delivery of transformational GenAI roadmaps, use cases, services, and processes, directly managing select workstreams.
The consultant will work across teams to ensure the CTO organization, and broader organization, delivers on GenAI use cases, processes, and capabilities, enabling product and engineering teams to accelerate delivery.
In addition, this role will assist with communication of business value, process definition, and defining metrics for success to measure progress.

Responsibilities:

Lead and provide direction to cross-functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support functions and business performance.
Perform assessments through fact-finding and data analysis, requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and unique challenges, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Make decisions in complex and multifaceted situations, facilitate decision-making and issue resolution, and support the implementation of developed solutions and plans.
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across various partner teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Lead team meetings or steering committees to facilitate decision-making and support the implementation of recommendations and plans.
Provide direction to a cross-functional team using business expertise.

Must Haves:

5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
3+ years of PowerPoint experience in creating executive-level communication.
2+ years of Confluence and Jira management experience.
Agile experience – able to implement and manage changes.
Proficiency in Office.

Plusses:

Experience with on-prem or cloud data and AIML technologies and solutions.
Experience with Google, Azure, AWS, Cloud Foundry, or Kubernetes.
Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications.
Resourceful; able to leverage relationships, information, and tools to navigate organizational structures, create effective plans, build new relationships, and address complex challenges.
Effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with an executive presence and ability to ask well-crafted questions and present ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
