• Bachelor’s degree or College diploma in Business/Marketing/Technology
• 3+ years of digital marketing and corporate web design experience
• Solid understanding of responsive design framework
• Strong background in SEO/SEM. Must be able to show experience in developing an SEO strategy and techniques used to enhance page rankings
• Knowledge of internet technologies, usability, accessibility, privacy and rich media; with currency in emerging technologies and platforms
• Extensive experience with Digital Marketing Campaigns and Digital Analytics, including Analytics. Must be able to show strong experience with using Analytics and Optimize.

• Experience with financial services industry, including previous experience with technology development
