• BS.
• 0-3+ yr. relevant experience preferred.
• Product development experience and drug delivery device experience preferred.
• Laboratory testing and method development experience with a strong focus on the following: X-Ray computed tomography (XRCT), Microscopy, Rheometry, surface characterization, and compression/tensile testing.
• Knowledge and understanding of physical and/or mechanical characterization techniques.
• Excellent communication skills alongside ability to clearly articulate complex concepts.
• MS Office suite required, software testing experience preferred.

• Support the design and development of combination product testing, metrology, laboratory equipment operation to enable the successful development of combination products to support clinical supplies.
• Design, execute, and interpret XRCT imaging exercises. This includes developing novel, new, and unique methods of imaging or data analysis.
• Exhibit strong scientific acumen, with ability to conduct and interpret experiments under general guidance of scientific supervisor.
• Collates data and supports the preparation and review of product development reports and related documents.
• Carries out all assignments to the standards of efficiency, innovation, accuracy and safety in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain laboratory documentation in accordance to required scientific, regulatory and intellectual property requirements.
• Possess strong organizational, written and verbal communication, and technical writing skills.
• Demonstrate good interpersonal skills and the ability to work across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Be energetic, enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn, contribute and excel.
