Job Title: Project Manager

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Englewood, CO 

Pay Range: $40/hr to $50/hr

About the Role:

• We are seeking a Project Manager with enterprise experience to join our team.
• This role involves managing projects related to lit and dark fiber, and requires strong customer service skills.
• As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading customer meetings, communicating project status, and ensuring the successful implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities: -

• Coordinate and lead customer meetings, including kick-off and status update calls
• Manage internal operations and engineering groups to ensure proper planning, communications, and implementation of solutions 
• Communicate customer requirements to cross-functional technical teams and project stakeholders
• Communicate project status and dependencies to customers to set and meet expectations
• Develop a relationship with the client and serve as the primary point of contact for project discussions
• Perform critical path analysis to identify and manage aspects of the deployment and mitigate risk 
• Make project specific decisions independently to affect the overall scope of a project
• Reject invalid or poor work and recommend alternate courses of action 
• Take ownership of projects with minimal assistance or supervision  Resolve and escalate issues in a timely fashion
• Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately 
• Collaborate with customers and employees to build company image and enforce ethical business practices
• Maintain district data for centralized functions, if applicable 
• Track organizational priorities, organize meetings, track action items, and create reports and presentations as needed

Education Qualification: 

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience

Skills: -

• 5+ years of Project Management experience 
• Experience managing large-scale complex projects in a related industry - Strong working knowledge of the MS portfolio
• Direct and indirect people management experience - Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals, including requirement definition, resource scheduling, risk mitigation, and change management
• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities - Understanding of OSP/ISP construction 
• Strong understanding of Ethernet technologies - Understanding of carrier installation, test, and turn-up procedures
• Experience in managing multiple vendors and resources to deliver time-sensitive projects
• Experience in customer relationship management and ability to adapt project management approach to satisfy customer's needs
