About the Role:

  • We are seeking a customer service representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to provide information and services to customers.
  • This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow processes to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
  • Provide accurate information to customers.
  • Utilize databases to retrieve customer or company information.
  • Document customer needs in databases.
  • Demonstrate patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Work with complex computer applications and resource materials.
  • Use multiple operating environments.

Qualification:

  • High school diploma or equivalent Required Skills:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role
