About the Role:

• The Field Biology Research intern program offers a comprehensive exposure to the daily operations of a research program.
• Interns will be involved in various activities at the research center, including planting, plot maintenance, harvesting, and potential travel to other locations for field-related tasks.
• The role will focus on field plot research, planting, plot establishment, and maintenance, making a farm background beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in all aspects of research center activities
• Assist with planting, plot maintenance, and harvesting
• Travel to other locations for field-related tasks - Engage in field plot research, planting, and maintenance
• Utilize agronomic knowledge gained through pursuing a degree in Agriculture or related field
• Possess a valid Driver's License

Education Qualification:

• Pursuing a degree in Agriculture or related field
• Preferred universities include IVY Tech and Purdue University

Required Skills:

• Willingness to work outside in the field
• Knowledge of field research and field equipment
• Possession of a valid Driver's License
