Position Details:   

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the development QA team to identify automation opportunities and implement automation frameworks using Python/Java and Selenium
• Create, maintain, and execute manual and automation test scripts
• Focus on automating new functionality, pre-release and post-release maintenance, and driving efficient testing in other areas
• Improve the quality, capability, and efficiency of the testing release process
• Experience in API, Database Testing, Performance Testing
• Exposure to Derivatives/Investment Banking Domain
• Experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle/Software Testing Life Cycle (SDLC/STLC) and their interrelationships
• Experience in release management documentation
• Experience in defect tracking and test management tools like Quality Center (QC), JIRA
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivated, Self-Starter, and Organized
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exposure to Global Markets in financial asset class

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in release management, release coordination, release documentation, release preparation, release verification, and manual/automation QA testing
• Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Test Complete, Selenium, QTP, Cucumber, and Manual Testing
• Knowledge of Python or Java/Unix Scripting
• Experience in development in any object-oriented programming languages
• Strong understanding of automation testing, Python, and Selenium
• Experience in Release Train Engineer (RTE) role is a plus.
