About the Role: 

  • We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid Provider. 

  • This role involves answering questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program inquiries. 

     Responsibilities: 

  • Assist Medicaid Providers with inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner

  • Document all interactions in clear online logs

  • Transfer callers to other Call Center units when necessary

  • Meet individual performance standards

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management 

  • Maintain strict attendance and performance metrics 

 

 Education Qualification: 

  •  High school diploma or equivalent 

 

 Required Skills: 

  • Strong communication skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 

  • Proficiency in MS Excel
