About the Role:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid Provider.
This role involves answering questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program inquiries.
Responsibilities:
Assist Medicaid Providers with inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner
Document all interactions in clear online logs
Transfer callers to other Call Center units when necessary
Meet individual performance standards
Perform other duties as assigned by management
Maintain strict attendance and performance metrics
Education Qualification:
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Excel
