About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage the full life cycle of customer purchase orders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with customers, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, review, approve, process, follow-up, invoice, and complete customer purchase orders
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
    Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer contacts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and emails from internal and external customers
  • Analyze contractual documents, pricing, lead times, and incentive tracking of all assigned Customer Contracts
  • Act as a liaison between customers and company personnel regarding contract commitments, modifications, and revisions
  • Conduct special studies, investigations, and analyses and prepare related reports
  • Interact daily with Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, Production, and Philippines counterparts
  • Occasionally participate in evening or early morning calls to align and coordinate with international customers
  • Perform other related duties as required

Education Qualification:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative

Required Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Superior organizational skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and show initiative
  • Aerospace industry experience preferred
  • Project Management experience working in cross-functional teams preferred
  • SAP knowledge and experience is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
