Must Haves: 

  • 10+ years of Change Management/Transformation Experience- within Operations
    • They are not looking for someone with a technology transformation or a trading transformation background.
    • Project management acumen
    • Governance experience
    • Most must haves a personality and soft skill driven:
      • Culturally astute- strong listening skills, questioning skills, keeps things moving
      • Comfortable with ambiguity
      • Great communication with all different types of people and different working styles
      • Extremely proactive
      • Comfortable with intense environment/uncomfortable situations
    • Strong delivery and execution experience
    • Banking/Financial knowledge
    • Experience with Ops technology and outsourcing

Plusses: 

  • Document capture experience (BIGGEST plus)
  • AI/ML knowledge
  • RCSA experience
