Day-to-Day:

  • Maintain and upgrade the Dynamics GP database.
  • Develop and optimize stored procedures, queries, and SSRS reports.
  • Ensure regular backups and updates of all databases.
  • Manage and fine-tune backup processes, potentially utilizing Azure.
  • Collaborate with the development team to address database-related issues.
  • Conduct query tuning and optimization.

 Must Haves:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a SQL Developer
  • Proficiency in T-SQL & SSRS.
  • Strong understanding of database backup and recovery procedures.

 

Plusses:

  • Familiarity with Azure for backups.
  • Experience in a data center environment.
