Job Description:
Job Title: Jr. Project Manager
Location: Nashville, TN 37228
Duration: 6 Months (C2H)
 
 
Mission: In this role, you will assist in planning coordinating, and executing various IT Infrastructure, Software, and Mergers & Acquisitions projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent communication skills, and a passion for project management. 
 
Must Haves:
  • 2-3 years of experience working in IT Project Management 
  • ERP/SAP or Integration specific experience in project management
  • Basic knowledge of Smart Sheets & SharePoint
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Able to adapt to changes quickly, hungry and growth-minded, and a self-starter
Plusses:
  • Mergers & Acquisitions specific experience
Role & Responsibilities 
  • 20% of their day will be spent in strategy meetings conversing with team members.
  • 20% of their day will be spent coordinating their resources for projects.
  • 30% of their day will consist of following up and communicating with leadership, team members, and other groups. 
  • They will do small group presentations to share documents and reports on project status. 
  • The remaining portion of this project manager's day will be spent generating reports.
