Job Title: Credit Investigator   

Duration: 6 Months (Contract to Hire) 

Location: Alpharetta, GA 

 

Job Description:

  • This role will be based in Alpharetta, GA and will require a hybrid work schedule, with mandatory office presence on Mondays and Wednesdays, and a voluntary option on Thursdays.
  • The Credit Investigator will be responsible for completing credit investigations for received credit applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct inbound and outbound phone calls to credit applicants
  • Verify proof of residence, income, and phone numbers
  • Investigate and verify fraud alerts
  • Submit SSA-89 forms
  • Maintain a daily phone service level of 100%
  • Compile and analyze credit information gathered during investigations
  • Interact with Client's DSC Credit Teams Education

Qualification:

  • High school graduate or equivalent

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Phone-based experience with inbound/outbound calls
  • PC literate with good typing skills (25-30 WPM)
  • Availability to work 5 day a week, including mandatory Saturdays and Mondays
  • Work hours from 8 AM to 7 PM, with flexible shifts to cover high volume day
  • Professionalism in interactions with applicants and colleagues
