Description:

• Manage multiple new product development and product support projects, from concept to commercialization.
• Lead the development and execution of project plans, integrating cross-functional deliverables.
• Establish and track project metrics (scope, schedule, quality) to continuously improve project performance.
• Collaborate with functional managers to assign appropriate skill sets to projects and monitor performance.
• Establish project budgets and actively manage budget performance.
• Actively manage project risk activities and drive resolution of project issues, risks, and conflicts.
• Conduct design reviews and ensure proper completion of project deliverables.
• Provide timely and effective project communications to key stakeholders.
• Lead or support business process improvement activities to enhance project deliverables.
• Manage change requests, identify schedule impacts, and communicate approved changes to team members.
• Follow best practices, processes, and standard methods for project planning.

Basic Qualifications | Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in science or engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the medical devices/medical diagnostics industry.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a project or program management role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a Research & Development role.
• Project Management Certification (PMP).
• Certified Scrum Master.

Pay range:

$60/hr - $70/hr
