Position Details:

  • Pay Rate: $35/hr
  • Shifts: Monday through Friday (8:00 am to 5:00 pm)

Day to Day Activities:

  • The candidate will be the primary customer contact for leading discussions about transition details and tracking the progress of migration tasks.
  • Seeking someone with strong customer service skills who can communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including an external vendor and our external customers.
  • Must have the ability to accurately capture customer concerns and/or issues to convey back to the project team, seek out appropriate answers for responding to customers, and provide regular status updates.       

Required Skills:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate ideas to diverse business and HealthCare audiences.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite including Outlook, Excel, OneNote
  • Customer service/support experience
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to correspond and interact positively with customers.
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, must be proactive, and a self-starter.                                                                                                                        

Desired Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Banking and/or HealthCare experience
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification and/or experience
