About the Role:

We are looking for an Internal Employee Technology Support specialist to provide support to our global user-base.
The role involves basic troubleshooting of applications and proprietary systems via phone.
Office application suite and excellent customer service skills.
In-house training will be provided, and technologies may include 10/11, Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities:

Provide internal employee technology support for a global user-base
Troubleshoot applications and proprietary systems via phone Utilize resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents
Meet or exceed performance targets and goals related to call handling and customer service.

Technical knowledge of iOS with 0 years of experience
Technical knowledge of with 0 years of experience Experience in Production Support Level 1: Help Desk with 0 years of experience
