Responsibilities:

• Prepare request for proposals (RFP) and bid packages to support projects.
• Compile price proposals, financial reports, and other data to provide input on reasonable prices.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and provide support to internal managers for effective interface with all departments.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations with the assistance of Central Contracts group.

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience OR
• In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required

Required Skills:

• Thorough knowledge of Supply Chain processes including materials, procurement, sourcing, and supplier performance.
• Understanding of contract structure, business terms, and conditions.
• Ability to work well in a team environment highly motivated.
• Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
• Strong people/motivational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to remain calm under pressure and manage through ambiguity.
• Familiarity with and understanding of engineering drawings and specifications. Preferred

Qualifications:

• Experience in the Aerospace industry.
• Knowledge of Continuous Improvement.
• Proficiency MRP/ERP systems.
• Thorough knowledge of Project Management.

Payrange - 40$/hr. - 47$/hr.
