Title: Technical Support Specialist 

Location: Pennington, NJ 08534 (Hybrid) Local

Duration: 12 Months+ Extension

Pay Range: $20/hr to $21/hr

About the Role:

• We are seeking an Internal Employee Technology Support specialist to provide support to our global user-base.
• This role involves basic troubleshooting of MS applications and proprietary systems via phone.
• The ideal candidate will have experience with the MS Office application suite and possess excellent customer service skills.
• In-house training will be provided.
• Technologies may include Windows 10/11, MS Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide internal employee technology support for a global user-base
• Troubleshoot MS applications and proprietary systems via phone
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of technical issues
• Deliver excellent customer service to all users
• Participate in in-house training sessions
• Utilize ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution

Education Qualification:

• Technical assessment required 
• Must have knowledge of iOS and MS Windows 
• Experience in Production Support
• Level 1: Help Desk is a plus

Required Skills: 

• Experience with MS Office application suite 
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Familiarity with Windows 10/11 and iOS devices
• Proficiency in using ticketing systems

Desired Skills:

• Previous experience in a technology call center or customer service role
• Ability to utilize multiple resources to resolve technology problems
• Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
