About the Role:

  • We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to manage customer orders through the entire order fulfillment process.
  • The ideal candidate will ensure complete customer satisfaction by providing timely and thorough follow-up, keeping customers informed of their account status.
  • This role requires working in a team environment while also having the autonomy to make decisions that benefit both the customer and the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer orders from start to finish - Provide excellent customer service and follow-up
  • Assist in resolving credit issues, non-conformances, and supply chain projects
  • Collaborate with various departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Logistics
  • Empower yourself to make decisions that benefit customers and the company

Education Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
