About the Role:

  • We are seeking an Internal Employee Technology Support role for a global user-base.
  • The role involves basic troubleshooting of MS applications and proprietary systems via phone.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in the MSOffice application suite and possess excellent customer service skills. In-house training will be provided.
  • Technologies may include Windows 10/11, MSOffice, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide basic troubleshooting support for MS applications and proprietary systems via phone
  • Utilize resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and goals related to call handling and customer service

Education Qualification:

  • Technical iOS experience
  • MS Windows experience
  • Production Support Level 1: Help Desk experience

 Required Skill:

  • Experience with MSOffice application suite
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot technology issues
  • Familiarity with Windows 10/11, iOS, and ticketing systems

 Desired Skill:

  • Technology Call Center or Customer Service experience
  • Ability to meet or exceed performance targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills
