Job Description:

We are seeking an Internal Employee Technology Support specialist to provide support for our global user-base. This role involves basic troubleshooting of MS applications and proprietary systems via phone. The ideal candidate will have experience with the MS Office application suite and excellent customer service skills. In-house training will be provided. Technologies may include Windows 10/11, MS Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems.

 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide internal employee technology support for a global user-base
  • Troubleshoot MS applications and proprietary systems via phone
  • Utilize multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents
  • Meet or exceed performance targets and goals related to call handling and customer service
Education Qualification:
  • Technical knowledge of iOS and MS Windows
  • Experience in Production Support Level 1: Help Desk is a plus
Required Skills:
  • Experience with MS Office application suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to consistently meet or exceed performance targets
  • Strong problem-solving skills
Desired Skills:
  • Technology Call Center or Customer Service experience
  • Ability to utilize multiple resources for troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
