About the Role:

  • We are looking for an Okta Operations Lead to join our Identity Engineering team. The primary responsibility of this role is to project manage and implement client Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using Okta.
  • The Okta Operations Lead will work closely with Relationship Management and client technical teams to ensure successful setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the SSO solutions.

Responsibilities: 

  • Project manage and implement client SSO solutions
  • Coordinate meetings with clients and technical teams
  • Plan data exchange and testing with clients Troubleshoot any setup issues that arise 
  • Manage upgrades to Okta widget
  • Keep track of Okta changes and escalate decisions on new features
  • Update settings changes and expired certificates 
  • Onboard clients to Snowflake by running scripts
  • Ad-hoc creation of Okta applications and authorization servers
  • Act as 1st level Subject Matter Expert (SME) and triage support tickets for the engineering team Work on support tickets during business hours
  • Suggest enhancements to automation and support processes
  • Support Legacy SSO issues and generic maintenance

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Required Skills: 

  • Expertise with Okta Administration
  • Strong knowledge of SSO, SAML2, OIDC, and OAuth protocols
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Project management skills are a plus
