About the Role:

• The Learning and Development Specialist facilitates training programs to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively.
• This role focuses on strengthening current skills and acquiring new ones to meet business demands.
• Training programs are delivered through virtual instructor-led and instructor-led sessions to maximize impact on the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate virtual instructor-led and instructor-led training sessions that incorporate adult learning principles to build capabilities and drive behavioral change.
• Utilize business trends and post-learning evaluations to enhance training content and delivery.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of training materials
• Collaborate with coordinators to schedule training courses
• Guide and mentor less experienced staff and may lead a team of matrixed resources

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree OR an additional 4 years of relevant work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.

Required Skill:

• 2years of experience delivering training, teaching, or adult learning modules to large audiences - of adult learning delivery methods and principles.
• Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS)
• Ability to troubleshoot and use video editing software
• Proficiency in Office applications
• Strong research skills to uncover insights
• Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work effectively
• Excellent communication skills to convey information clearly
• Strong interpersonal skills to maintain effective relationships
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and deadlines
• Must be able to provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
