About the Role:

• We are looking for a Web Landscape Strategist to join our Omni-Channel Excellence Hub team.
• This role will focus on monitoring external web trends and gathering qualitative/quantitative data insights to drive our commercial web strategy.
• The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare/pharma industry and a strong understanding of web analytics and marketing analytics.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze competitive web landscape insights
• Collect and analyze global and country web-related market research
• Monitor regulatory insights and restrictions for web at country level
• Utilize CX insights to inform commercial web strategy
• Propose strategies for gathering additional HCP and HCC/patient insights for web
• Provide support to the web team as needed

Education Qualification:

• BA/Associated degree with relevant years of experience

Required Skills:

• Previous healthcare/pharma industry experience
• Experience with data sets, competitive intelligence, and external trends
• Strong understanding of web analytics, and marketing analytics

Proficiency in MS Office and Jira Desired Skills:

• Experience with competitive analysis tools
• Background in secondary market research within pharma web
• Understanding of digital pharma and user experience (UX)
• Working knowledge of web analytics for tying KPIs to user experience
