Job Description :

MUST HAVES

• 8+ years of Technology Feature Lead, Technical Lead, Tech Manager, etc experience
• Title doesn’t matter, but they need to come from a development background and now manage a team in some capacity
  Must have come from a DEVELOPMENT background: Either Database development, ETL development, SQL development, etc.
  Project experience managing either a DATA-HEAVY PROJECT or APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT project
• Ex. Need to be fluent with financial data, navigating databases, understanding data flows across systems, data lineage, aggregations, and reporting
• Ability to work closely with Developers and Architects to strategize and drive solutions to complex requirements
• FINANCIAL DATA / REGULATORY REPORTING

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This Technology Feature Lead will be on the Regulatory Reporting Technology team over at Company.
• Their primary duties will be collaborating with the design team for new application features, identifying and fixing application issues, maintaining the core code, and updating applications.
• They will serve as the SME of the tech team, and be the team’s advocate when interacting with PO’s, architects, business teams, and leadership.
• The group works within a heavy data analytics, as well as application development space, so any previous project experience managing those types of projects would be very beneficial.
• They should be a critical thinker, with a strong problem-solving/solution-finding mindset.
