Position Details:

• Role: Product Compliance Coordinator (EU MDR)
• Project Location: Sylmar, CA (Onsite)
• Project Duration: 6+ Months
• Pay Range: $35/hour to $40/hour

• Assist in the process of bringing products to market by utilizing the SAP/PLM system to create shipping licenses, conduct clean-up work, and release products.
• Conduct compliance checks and collaborate with logistics partners and customers to ensure regulatory requirements are met.
• Gather and analyze data using Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs to generate reports, draw conclusions, and provide solutions.
• Prioritize daily tasks and maintain flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
• Work effectively both independently and within teams to achieve departmental goals.
• Collaborate closely with a mentor and follow instructions diligently.

• EU MDR (European Medical Device Regulations)
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Medical device industry.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Sylmar, CA for the initial 2-3 weeks of training, with the flexibility to work remotely thereafter (with one day in the office per week).
