  • About the Role: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide unbiased assistance to Medicaid Providers in Austin, TX.
  • This role involves answering questions regarding eligibility, medical claims status, and other program inquiries. The ideal candidate must be available for any 8-hour shift between 7 am to 7 pm.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Assist Medicaid Providers with inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner Document all interactions in clear online logs
  • Transfer callers to other Call Center units when necessary
  • Meet individual performance standards
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
  • Maintain strict attendance and performance metrics
  • Education Qualification: High school diploma or equivalent
  • Required Skills: Strong communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Must be local to Austin, TX Note: This role may change to remote in the future based on business needs.
