DayToDay Responsbilities:

  1. Facilitate thoroughly on incident management calls to help private and public cloud ops teams
  2. Help management documentation clean up and migrate to new operations practices
  3. Validation operations activities and fix deviations/exceptions
  4. Partner with offshore teams to validate work done
  5. Technical contribution – operational readiness review/assessments of deliverables
  6. Improve processes and adoption of best practices within ITSO

Must Have:

  1. 15+ years of relevant enterprise experience
  2. PCF Experience
  3. Either Azure, AWS, or Azure experience
  4. Hands on technical cloud operations knowledge/experience
  5. ServiceNow Experience

Plusses!

  1. PCF, Azure and GCP experience all together
  2. Cloud certifications
