Position Details:

  • Client: Fortune 500 (Banking / Financial Giant)
  • Job Title: Customer Service Representative
  • Duration: 03 months (With possible Extension)
  • Location: West Des Mines, IA(Onsite)
  • Shift: Mon - Fri (08:00AM To 05:00PM)
  • Pay Range: $18-19.00/Hr.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Customer Service by proactively seeking ways to improve processes
  • Perform moderately complex customer support tasks
  • Receive direction from a supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
  • Interact with client personnel on a range of information

Education Qualification:

  • 2+ years of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center support experience
