Job Title: Consultant - Oracle Cloud HCM

Job Type: Contract

Duration : 6 months to start with, high likelihood of extension

Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Pay Range: $80-$85 per hour.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring annual compensation cycles/plans with multiple components such as pay, merit, equity, and bonus. They will also be involved in developing and supporting integrations between Oracle HCM and other applications.

Responsibilities:

Configure annual compensation cycles/plans with multiple components (pay, merit, equity, and bonus)
Configure bonus cycle/plan
Translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel and business users
Capture requirements, analyze, craft, and configure applications to meet business requirements
Conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality
Perform full life-cycle development of Oracle Compensation Cloud HCM Applications
Provide improvements and production support for Core HCM, Recruiting, ESS, MSS, and Compensation modules
Develop and support integrations between Oracle HCM and other applications like Fusion Middleware and Payroll/Benefits providers
Configure new requirements
Document code consistently throughout the development process

Education Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Required Skills:

Configure Annual Compensation Cycles/Plans with multiple components (Pay, Merit, Equity, and Bonus)
Configure Bonus Cycle/Plan
Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel and business users
Capture requirements, analyze, craft, and configure applications to meet business requirements and conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality
Perform full life-cycle development of Oracle Compensation Cloud HCM Applications
Develop and support integrations between Oracle HCM and other applications like Fusion Middleware and Payroll/Benefits providers
