Job Title – Credit Investigator 

Location – Plano, TX – 75024 (Hybrid 1 day in week in office) 

Duration – 6 Months (Possible Extension / Conversion)  

About the Role: 

• We are seeking a Credit Investigator to join our team for the In-House Credit Investigation project.  
• The role involves completing credit investigations through inbound and outbound phone calls, striving for a daily phone service level of 100%. 

Responsibilities: 

• Verify Proof of Residence 
• Verify Proof of Income 
• Verify Phone Number 
• Investigate/Verify Initial Fraud Alerts 
• Investigate/Verify Extended Fraud Alerts 
• Investigate/Verify Active-Duty Military Fraud Alerts 
• Submit SSA-89 forms 
• Respond to requests for additional investigation 
• Compile and analyze credit information 
• Obtain information about potential creditors from banks, credit bureaus, and other credit services
