Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Duration: 12 Months (Potential to Convert/Possible Extension)

About the Role:

• This is a non-exempt position that serves as the primary liaison between the IT and business areas.
• The role involves providing direct support to assigned business areas, working with clients to develop and understand business requirements, and leading department level initiatives or assisting Program or Project managers on larger projects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a liaison between IT and business areas
• Provide direct support to assigned business areas
• Develop and understand business requirements to solve technology related business problems
• Lead department level initiatives or assist Program or Project managers
• Assist in business relationship management, business strategy and planning, portfolio/demand management
• Ensure compliance with Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures
• Partner with Corporate service providers to investigate alternatives using existing applications
• Manage initiatives according to milestones and budget constraints
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Develop business requirements and business case
• Monitor and organize the efforts of business support staff
• Guide less experienced staff

Education Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree - 4-7 years of experience
