Pay range: $70 - $75 per hour

Day To Day Responsibilities:

• We are looking for a skilled ServiceNow HR Service Delivery Lead to join our team.

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading ServiceNow HR Service Delivery projects and work-streams through various stages of deployment.

• This role will involve working closely with the HR Business team to capture requirements, analyze, configure applications, and ensure software quality through testing. 

Responsibilities: 

• Lead ServiceNow HR Service Delivery projects through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities 

• Provide hands-on lead role and Project Management - Work independently with the HR Business team to handle tasks effectively 

• Capture requirements, analyze, configure applications, and conduct testing 

• Support Integrations between ServiceNow and other applications 

• Configure new requirements, work on bug fixes, and enhancements 

• Create Configuration documentation throughout the development process 

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and management to define new processes and improve existing ones 

Education Qualification: 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 

Required Skills: 

• Experience leading ServiceNow HR Service Delivery projects 

• Strong Project Management skills 

• Ability to work independently and collaborate with HR Business team 

• Proficiency in capturing requirements, analyzing, and configuring applications 

• Experience in conducting unit and integration testing 

• Knowledge of supporting Integrations between ServiceNow and other applications 

Nice to have Skills: 

• Familiarity with agile deployment methodology 

• Experience in creating Configuration documentation 

• Ability to work with developers, business analysts, and management to define and improve processes
