Job Title: Financial Operations Representative.

Duration:  12 months (possibility of extension/conversion)

Key Responsibilities:

• Input/approve transaction requests based on instructions provided by clients.
• Perform various activities to support vault operations including but not limited to logging global notes received, collecting all matured and terminated notes from the vault, assist in new setups.
• Set up new issuances/deals in bank’s system as instructed.
• Ability to complete repetitive tasks consistently, efficiently and with accuracy.
• Assist as required for control, risk, daily activities, and transaction services projects
• Perform all required tasks within established procedures and controls to minimize losses
