Position Details: 

Pay Range: $40 - $45 Hourly basis

Job Description: 

• Data Analyst is responsible pulling data to support trending of product complaints and medical device reports utilizing data that resides in the complaint handling database for all product lines.
• This will include detailed data reports (e.g. graphs, charts, tables) prepared for routine trending, senior management reviews, ad-hoc requests, and cross-functional requests as needed (e.g. Regulatory, Quality Engineering, R&D).
• The Data Analyst will establish and maintain complex reporting formulas and templates using reporting tools such as Excel and other databases (e.g. Business Objects).

Must Have:

• Must have data modeling experience. Data engineering would be even better.
• Creating reports in Power BI (advanced) that includes working with a variety of data sources (like AWS Redshift, AWS S3, Azure, SharePoint, Excel). Worked with structured and unstructured data.
• Inquisitive and seeks out learning opportunities (what we work on is changing fast so they need to adapt)
• Works well cross functionally (able to speak to business users without using technical jargon) and independently with little oversight

Preferred to Have;

• MS Fabric, MS Power Automate
• AI (artificial intelligence) (machine learning) and gen AI (generative AI) experience or interest a plus
• Python/SQL/Spark/DAX
• ETL experience
• Built solutions with scalability in mind. Creative.
• Supply chain experience
• 3-5 years of experience

Required education level/certifications:

• Bachelor’s (Associate’s acceptable with relevant job experience) in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Mathematics major preferred
• Certifications in data analytics, data engineering, and/or data architecture would be great
