About the Role:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing issues, creating defects, identifying design gaps, and fixing problems by calling client APIs through scripting.
• Additionally, the candidate will lead and execute the full life cycle of PM tickets, manage problems, prevent recurring incidents, and communicate outcomes effectively

Responsibilities:

• Analyze issues from different application logics and validate with business requirements
• Develop tools and utilities to identify recurring issues and report them
• Lead and execute the full life cycle of PM tickets
• Manage problems, prevent recurring incidents, and communicate outcomes effectively
• Maintain information about problems, resolutions, and workarounds - Document known errors and articles for future reference
• Provide continuous improvement feedback to development, solution, and testing teams
• Prioritize problems and provide instant reporting/dashboard for current health of problem management
