Must Haves:

 

  • 10+ yrs experience:
  • DevOps automation + CI/CD Deployment Pipeline:
  • Jenkins, Ansible tower, XLR, Openshift, etc.
  • Openshift Containerization
      • (Mgr Note: “Openshift is Kubernetes with a pretty face on it”)
      • Working knowledge of load balancing and containers
      • experience with Git commands to pull code and keep repositories up to date
    • Basic software development standards – Basic SDLC
      • Understanding of how Java applications work/Deployment
        • All of their apps are Java vendor apps
        • They don’t develop, they deploy code into Bitbucket, and configure files via Jenkins, etc.

      • Jira/Git for branching
