Job Title: Warehouse Worker/ Material Handler/ Assembler Inventory Planner III 

Job Location: Kirkland, WA 98034 and Redmond, WA

Job Duration: 11 Months 

Pay Range: $23.91/hr - $24.91/hr 

Note:

Looking for ideally warehouse experience and some inventory management experience (it's about 60/40), and someone who has bias for action and shows initiative.

Job Description: 

• Strong execution of data and processes is required. 
• The successful candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development.   

Job Responsibilities: 

• Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.  
• Manage inbound shipments: PO tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.  
• Analyze inventory position and sku performance to determine inventory needs.  
• Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.  

 Job Qualifications:  

• The ideal candidate will have 1 year of relevant experience either as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer. 
• They must be highly organized, self-starting, and comfortable with business software, such as Excel.  
• The successful candidate must be flexible, possess good written and oral communication skills, be team-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously.
