We are looking for Customer Service Specialist

Title: Customer Service Specialist

Location: St. Louis, MO

Duration: 6 months (Extends up to 24 months if good) - 5 dayz in office / 5 dayz remote (Hybrid)

Must Haves:

  • Must be registered with SERIES 7 LICENSE (2 years)
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Organized
  • Good Communication
  • Take a close look at resumes for errors!
  • Written and Verbal
  • Ability to multi-task and handle large volume.
  • Must enjoy being in office
  • 5dayz on-site / 5 dayz remote schedule

Nice to have:

  • Brokerage Experience (1yr)
  • Any previous financial/bank experience
  • Experience handling ticket cases
  • Service simple to complex customer complaints cases
  • Complex: money movement
  • Small: On-hold too long
  • Research complaints, and respond with verbal/written solution to customer
  • Team Goal is 1.7 cases completed per day (Some take dayz, some weeks)
  • 5 dayz in office / 5 dayz remote (Hybrid)
