Job Description : 

MUST HAVES

  • 10+ years of IT Helpdesk Support and networks support experience (L3)
  • Experience installing and troubleshooting switches, firewall, and routers
  • Proficiency in implementing and managing Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools
    • Ex: ConnectWise Automate, Kaseya, or SolarWinds N-central
    • They use Kaseya Suite
  • Experience Creating Guest VLAN’s (EX. Voice and Data both)
  • IT Documentation
    • They use IT Glue
  • Meraki Cables
  • UBIQUITI access points
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • The Company is expecting to grow exponentially this year and need some more support on the IT side to support that increase in demand. This will be a Helpdesk Support position that will be joining the team to make sure that IT issues don’t hinder the employee’s productivity in this demanding time.
