  • About the Role: The Customer Service Representative will report to the Manager of Customer Service and will be responsible for managing customer accounts.
  • This includes tasks such as purchase order management, forecast input, pricing review, open order review and management, contract review, returns processing, and resolving customer issues. The Customer Service Representative will serve as the main point of contact for customers.
  • Responsibilities:  Manage the full life cycle of customer purchase orders
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to ensure satisfaction
  • Build and maintain relationships with customer contacts through effective communication
  • Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls and emails from internal and external customers
  • Analyze contractual documents, pricing, lead times, and incentive tracking for Customer Contracts
  • Act as a liaison between customers and company personnel for contract commitments, modifications, and revisions
  • Collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain/Logistics, Production, and international counterparts  Occasionally participate in evening or early morning calls with international customers Perform other related duties as needed
  • Education Qualification: Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative Required Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
  • Preferred experience in the aerospace industry
  • Project Management experience in cross-functional teams is a plus
  • Knowledge of SAP and proficiency in MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.)
