About the Role:

• Our company is looking for an EHS Systems Support Contract to join our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support for Global Safety & Environment digital systems and applications to ensure the smooth operation and functionality of our digital strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist users in resolving technical problems and provide guidance on system usage by collaborating with IT partners.
• Create and maintain documentation and resources for digital systems, including SharePoint User Success Centre’s, Training Documentation, and other material.
• Generate reports from Global Safety & Environment Enterprise Systems. Manage and prioritize support tickets, ensuring timely issue resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and optimizations.
• Monitor system tickets and performance metrics to identify potential issues or trends.
• Support the implementation of digital tools by developing and executing site communication, training, and site adoption project plans.
• Create and edit content for various communication channels, including newsletters, website content, and internal communications.
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing communication metrics to improve communication strategies and tactics.

Education Qualification:

• Undergraduate Degree - 2+ Years of Professional

Experience Required Skills:

• EHS experience
• Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead meetings with diverse stakeholders
• Experience working with and implementing Digital System solutions  Strong project management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Office.
• Ability to prioritize based on customer needs and business goals

Preferred Experience and Skills:

• Direct experience managing EHS programs
• Direct experience building and/or maintaining digital solutions
• Experience with Enablon and Qlik Sense.
