Qualifications• Education: BS or BA• Total years of Experience: 8-10 years in progressive Project Management.Required skills:• Must understand global marketing/commercial environments (preferably in pharmaceuticals/healthcare)• Must be able to manage multiple, high priority projects with interdependencies and provide cross portfolio reporting to global marketing leadership.• Should have strong skills in MS of Office products (Outlook, Excel, PPT, Word, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)• Candidate must have 3+ years MS Project Planning experience and an understanding of how to plan and manage projects with interdependencies.Preferred Skills.:• Prior experience planning and manage product launches, preferably in pharmaceutical industry.• Understanding and experience with VEEVA Vault• Experience working with multiple cultures and individuals where English is a second language.• 3-5 years minimum involvement within Commercial sales, Marketing planning, creative development, and tactical communications implementation.• Proficiency in applying agile frameworks and practices.
